The Rossmoor/Los Alamitos Area Sewer District is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors representing the district's 54 linear mile service area.

The Board of Directors meets monthly on the second Monday of the month. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Chamber of Commerce Board Room at 3231 Katella Avenue.
